This consists of 14 days and 14 nights, here in our homely School. This 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training course will see you through the complete first half of the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program. This course will ensure that you are taken through all of the asanas from the Hatha style of Yoga. It will give you a holistic style of exercise, different from that of conventional forms of exercise, creating awareness, concentration, relaxation, and peace within. The 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course is perfect for beginners, building a solid foundation in traditional yoga practices. The 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training course is an advanced program that refines your skills and introduces new techniques. The 500 hour Yoga TTC Program combines both levels, transforming you into a confident and professionalcertified yoga instructor.


This will build you a firm foundation of understanding and knowledge including, mainly:

  • Yoga philosophy (Darshana) - This essential ancient information is key for you to earn yogic strength. You will be taught history and ethics of yoga, Indian culture, kundalini and much more.
