Sustaining attendance at fire puja, recitation of mantra, flower offering for one's well being , and spiritual enlightening.
Course Ceremonies:

Recreational Yoga Retreat:

What’s excluded in this course?
Flights and Visa
Students should make their own travel and Indian visa arrangements. Its advisable for short course 25 days, please apply tourist visa.
Laundry Facility
Laundry service is excluded but available at an extra cost.
Airport Drop
Airport drop is excluded.
Transportation Beyond Pickup
Pick up from Delhi airport is excluded. Travel beyond pickup, like taxis to local cities or local points of interest, is excluded.

What You Will Learn Here:

Yoga Philosophy - This essential ancient information is key for you to earn yogic strength. You will be taught the history and ethics of yoga culture.

Meditation - By practicing meditation you will be attempting to reach a state of self-realisation (Samadhi). This will aid in gaining tranquility of emotions, physical and mental being.

Pranayama - Ancient breathing techniques, used in preparation for meditation. This is a vital aspect of yoga practice. It will improve the respiratory system and purify the body and mind. There will be an introduction to the topic followed by sitting postures, Mudras (yoga gestures which affect energy flow) and yoga bandhas, which is a way of improving lung capacity.

Mantra Chanting - Each of the chants will have a unique meaning and will use the sacred sound vibrations in a spiritual way creating a clear and focused mind.

Hatha Yoga - Hatha yoga is one of the oldest and the root of yoga from Adhiyogi Lord Shiva, focusing on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. It balance the sun and moon energy. Hatha yoga moves at a gentler pace focusing on alignment, along with breathing. A typical Hatha class blends standing, sitting, and reclining postures that often ends in relaxation, helping to reduce stress and calm the nervous system. Physically, Hatha yoga improves flexibility, mind balancing, stress relief, cultivates awareness, therapeutic and a deeper mind-body connection. It remains a timeless origin of yoga in the Universe.

Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of practice that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses. The word "vinyasa" roughly translates to "arrange in a special way," reflecting how postures are woven together into a continuous, dance-like flow rather than held in isolation.

Yin Yoga - Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner self.

Restorative Yoga - Restorative Yoga is the practice of particular asanas, in which each asana held for longer than in conventional classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, bolster, cushion, wall in order to relax the body and remove stress.

Sukshma Vyayama - Sukshma is a Sanskrit word meaning "subtle".The presence of sukshma is felt, but not seen. Sukshma yoga is an excellent relaxation technique that promotes and activate our pranic body. It is a form of yoga comprising of subtle exercises that are simple to practice yet highly effective.

Laughter Yoga - Laughter yoga is a modern exercise involving prolonged voluntary laughter. This type of yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides similar physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. It is usually done in groups, with eye contact and lots of playfulness between participants. Intentional laughter often turns into real and contagious laughter, rejuvenating our soul.

Yoga Anatomy and Physiology - Learning and understanding the physical bodily functions will help prevent injury before, during and after practice. The types of yoga anatomy are both physical and mental. This will include the study of digestive, respiratory, circulatory, nervous and endocrine systems. Also organs and Chakras. The anatomy studies will teach how the body is affected by Asanas - skeletal, muscular and joint movements.

Ayurveda - Ayurveda means "science of life" which is an ancient systems of medicine that originated from India. The Ayurveda system describe three main body type: Vata, Pitta and Kapha which are used to identify different body, mind and characterictics while cultivating dietary and lifestyle accordingly.

Osho Meaditation - Osho was founded by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, and an Indian spiritual meditation teacher. Later he is kown as Osho. Osho meditation is generally more active and expressive. The idea is to release physical and emotional tension by dancing, shaking and later finish with relaxation to become calm.

Sound Healing Meaditation - Sound Healing Meditation is a relaxation practice with sounds or vibrations by using "singing bowls",gentle music, "gongs"and mantras.The practice is by lying down,listening to sounds and without controlling your thoughts. Its helpful for relaxation, reducing stress and peace in mind.

Yoga Alignment - Yoga alignment means positioning your body correctly during asanas so your joints, muscles and spine works effectively without any injuries. However, the safest alignment can be vary based on our body and flexibility.
